With the rapid development of intelligent control, people doing lots of research on fuzzy control theory and its application, they obtain a good many achievements. This thesis illustrates the research and design work on combustion optimizing control system of heating furnace with the background of Sizha department in Lianyuan steel company. Using the heating furnace's pyrology parameter and survey data of control parameter, it proposes a fuzzy ratiocination method to obtain control model of heating furnace's combustion process according to the skilled worker's normal operation. A fuzzy controller is designed based on this model. So, it realizes the automatic control of heating furnace's combustion process. The method it proposes not only makes use of skilled worker's operation experience, but also solves the problem that the skilled worker's experience can not reflect heating furnace's pyrology parameter directly. It pioneers a way for automatic control of heating furnace's combustion process. It also grounds for fuzzy control theory's application in heating furnace's combustion process.First, combining with the introduction of heating furnace's craft process, this thesis introduces the actuality of combustion optimizing control in the world. Then it discusses the brass tacks of the project and the system design scheme. Further, The modeling process and method of fuzzy control of heating furnace are expatiated. Last, it explains the design and realization of the combustion fuzzy control system, which includes software and hardware design, here the thought and the methods of system-design are emphasized. The system software, developed by VC, comprises flow monitor module, frequency conversion and smoke exhaust module, real time curve module, historic curve module, historic data search module and claval chart module. Functions of parameters monitoring, temperature controlling of heating furnace are realized in debugging and running. The precision and reliability have been proved.
