With the development of machine vision sorting production line,the function of hardware upgrade,the current dynamic image acquisition speed is generally more than 100 frames per second,the field of image acquisition has been extended to the military,industrial and high speed video online detection.Most of these systems are used in the field of image acquisition card design,the same point of these systems is the whole system more complicated,can not carry out real-time acquisition of images,and the transmission of these ultra high resolution high speed image power consumption is relatively high.In this paper,the research work will be carried out from the following three aspects:(1)The system structure diagram,schematic diagram,PCB circuit diagram,,complete the system,and design the PCB board.(2)The software development of FPGA graphics collection system,using pure hardware logic function real image data acquisition,and design Camera Link interface.The aim is to optimize the whole acquisition system,release the space of the hardware,and reduce the difficulty of PCB in design.Because the Camera Link interface has three modes of operation,the use of pure logic circuit can(3)Set up an Ethernet transmission module circuit is and the acquired dynamic image data is transmitted through ethernet.Finally,through the actual project designed for ultra high speed image acquisition and transmission system was validated results show that the shstem can to 90 frames per second,the speed of transmission of image data,single frame image resolution of 1280×1024,basically the performance requirements of 100 frames per second.
