From the first network variety showed up in 2007,the development of network industry had experienced the embryonic period,growth period,and now is in the outbreak period with the blowout of programs` number and high level of program production.Industry prosperity at the same time,also appeared that the social and economic benefits can not be unified,high-quality original content,resource allocation and a series problem of the supply and demand mismatch.Firstly,the development history and current situation of the network variety industries have get summarized,after 2017,"the super network year",the variety of network industry in China officially entered the stage of the outbreak period,then the concept of network variety has been defined,and the characteristics of the overall characteristics of the network and the present stage is identify,the difference between network variety and TV variety show is also recognized.The problem of supply and demand mismatch in present stage of our country of network industry is proposed in this article,which is about the total market prosperity but the correct orientation of quality content is scarce;then according to Micheal Porter's value chain theory,the value chain of network variety: content-making-platform-target audience-reaction;finally,according to the network variety value chain above said,put forward the corresponding optimization strategy: aim at the target audience to accurately positioning the program,storing excellent innovative talent staff,maintaining the good trend of the network-tv cooperation,a more comprehensive and innovative way of marketing,and from the users` point of view to optimize user experience.
