At present,online video and its derivatives have become the core pillars of the online entertainment industry's content consumption field.In the survival of the fittest,various market players have successively carried out mergers and acquisitions,Go public,big data interaction,and cross-border alliances,but this may not be the ultimate destination of the industry.And with the rapid development of the industry,we should notice that in the long-term video experience,user demand is growing day by day,especially in the context of the rapid rise of online art and online video social demand.However,more video platforms still remain as Online Hollywood,which only provides film and television video and hold Internet TV operating ideas.Besides,the industry Always rely on advertising and paying users to make a difficult profit.It seems that the demand for online video is insufficient.However,the lack of online video demand is just a symptom of the dilemma,and the essence of the dilemma is that the supply and demand of social video content is not effectively supplied.Therefore,the research in this paper focuses on the problem of the current situation of online video supply and demand mismatch and three-dimensional fusion governance,and follows the research route: Analysis of the current situation of the online video industry ? Examples and data to verify the dilemma of the supply and demand mismatch of the online video industry ? Six the main line of solving the dilemma in the force interaction pattern ? the development strategy in the process of three-dimensional integration.First,from the perspective of user needs,we investigate the behavioral habits of online video users,and conduct detailed data.At the same time,it also need to combine relevant research data and cases to verify that the mismatch between supply and demand.The specific manifestations include oversupply of film and television content,insufficient supply of entertainment video,insufficient supply of high-quality social video and vulgar live broadcast video.Then,the author will use the "six force interaction model" to strive to dig out the mismatch of supply and demand in the industry while clarifying the competitive interaction of market players.It is mainly due to the low level of integration of the overall market,which reduces the bargaining power of corporate entities and falls into a competition pattern of chasing costs and seeking profits.For such problems,the author will use the "three-dimensional fusion model of network video" to promote the integration of network video companies and six key market forces,while effectively crack the industry supply-demand mismatch.
