At present, more and more supply chain are using computers and automation systemto improve efficiency. As a new technology, RFID has been widely used in different area,experienced a long period of development, RFID is used in supply chain at last.In the classical situation of retailer managing inventory, due to information error andsome other reasons, some products can not been sold which will cause some damages tothe profits of the supply chain. RFID can help companies to accurately monitor inventoryand prevent error from happening. However, RFID is a big cost for the supply chain, ifthe cost of using RFID is too large, companies would prefer not to use RFID. Sometimes,the transfer of power in the supply chain can lead that different company has differententhusiasm to accept RFID, and for the consumers, using RFID will bring a visiblefluctuation of price.This paper took the profits of supply chain and consumer into consideration,analyzed the application of RFID in two-level supplier-dominated supply chain, tri-levelsupplier-dominated supply chain and two-level retailer-dominated supply chain withdemand related to price. In the supplier-dominated supply chain, this paper quantitativelyanalyzed the application of RFID technology in two-level supply chain and tri-levelsupply chain, then analyzed and compared the characteristics and merits betweentwo-level supply chain and tri-level supply chain; In the retailer-dominated supply chain,this paper quantitatively analyzed the application of RFID technology in two-level supplychain and introduced a revenue sharing contract for the supply chain to achievecoordination.
