Design And Implementation Of PSBC Assets And Equipment Information Management Platform

Postal Savings Bank of Henan(PSBH)has 18 secondary branches,2 directly subordinate branches,3 centers(Risk Control Center,Credit card center,Audit Center),114 county-level branches and 466 outlets.Since its inception in 2008,agency personnel have constantly increased,the assets have also growing exponentially.In 2008,the fixed assets of Henan is 260 million RMB;while until the end of 2015,the fixed assets has reached 1.68 billion RMB with the growth of 1.42 billion RMB,not containing fixed assets less than 5000 RMB.PSBH have a huge number of assets,scattered distribution and many part-time physical management personnel.It's a significant challenge that how to make the asset management more orderly and clear,and avoiding idle assets and assets loss.In order to accumulate the resources of enterprises and to ensure the effective asset management and investment decision-making,some provinces of the postal savings bank has begun to develop software,using the network system to explore electronic and systematic management of assets.Therefore,PSBH also determine to develop the PSBC assets and equipment information management platform,which will realize the network connection of the assets information and the managers,to improve the clarity and effectiveness of assets information.It can provide information for investment decision of enterprises,and provide strong support for the development of enterprises.It is also an urgent need for assets management.In this thesis,under the background of asset management needs,the status of PSBH asset management is analyzed and summarized,and an assets management information system based on WEB is designed and implemented.This system is designed for the PSB assets management which has solved the track management of the fixed assets and non-fixed assets equipment of procurement,storage,distribution,collar,allot,maintenance,recycling,scrap in the whole life cycle,and also solved the problems of equipment renewal,service vendor quality evaluation.This information management system has been put into use in February 2016 in PSBH.The running result shows that it can better meet the needs of the assets management of PSBH and it it's a good reference for the head office and the other branches.
