Haichuang group business and its data quantity increased, the difficulty of system automation management is ascending. Resource management, resource maintenance have become a big problem. In the process of resource management, relatively conservative approach is to keep a record of each fixed assets, every assetes is fixed. But in morden times, more detailed operating information should be recorded, in this way there are a large number of assets needed to managetime, the traditional method is less effective and wrong.Demand analysis, detailed design and concrete realization is discussed in Haichuang company fixed assets information management system. Haichuang group of fixed assets management information can be can be divided into five modules, including asset disposal, operation management, basic information set, querying, statistics and assets input. Each module can be subdivided into a number of different sub function at the same time, the child function is divided based on actual demand. Staff can new asset allocation plan, the fixed assets operation management is a large-scale activity, the activity is mainly including assets in three sub-functions, transformation, and the output. UML is used in every function and design of assets for analysis and design.Broswer/Server model is used for as software architecture in the fixed asset information management system. SQL Server 2010 is used as the database management system. ASP.NET is used as the development framework of network system. C# is used as the programming language. The system has carried on the comprehensive test, including the functional requirements, operating experience and method of system performance testing.
