Design And Implementation Of Application Performance Management Platform In Business Analysis System Of Telecom Industry

Currently,operation and maintenance management of China's telecom industry business analysis system is still in resource-centric management that focuses on the physical condition of the IT infrastructure and some technical performance indicators.For example,some factors like CPU utilization rate,remaining disk space,network packet loss rate can not directly reflect the physical conditions of the business,nor understand user experience of system.Large number of operation and maintenance practices show that there are still many problems found and reported by the users even in the case of complete back-end resource monitoring,which both reduce user satisfaction and make operation and maintenance passive.The research objects of this paper are various applications in business analysis system so as to set up a set of application performance management platform suitable for business analysis system.By monitoring the application of business analytics system,it collects and analyzes the business data related to the application so as to form the end-to-end performance management service system and standard facing the real user experience.It not only can improve operational quality of operational analysis system applications but improve user experience.Main monitoring objects of the platform are: application server,database server,middleware,browser,operating system,various services,mobile terminal,network and so on.The monitoring scope includes not only service-related parameters,such as page response time,availability,transfer rate,conversion rate,transaction volume,but also includes various basic parameters closely related to the application experience,such as terminal type,system version,network type,user area,CPU usage,memory usage and so on.Through extensive and in-depth research on the status of the telecom industry business analysis system,this paper analyzes the problems of operation and maintenance in the current system.In addition to analyzing and summarizing the requirements of the application performance management platform of telecom industry management system,this papers also makes detailed research and analysis on main monitoring objects and main functions of the platform.It not only completes detailed design of the system,but makes detailed description on technical architecture,functional architecture,data model,logical boundary and software selection of the platform.Adopting the hierarchical architecture design,the platform is mainly divided into five layers of data acquisition layer,data transmission layer,data processing layer,data storage layer and presentation layer to achieve the whole process from terminal collection,platform processing to user presentation of the data.On this basis,it describes the main functions of the platform in detail and shows some functions.After completing application performance monitoring platform of business analysis system,it forms post application-construction evaluation system by "Business Monitoring,Performance Analysis" to realize real-time business-level monitoring and automatic operation and maintenance.From the perspective of application performance monitoring and application performance analysis,it improves end-to-end user awareness management,system performance management.Thus,it can improve the initiative and accuracy of daily operation and maintenance and further effectively support the operation of the system.
