The project originated from the revised design project of Kingdee EAS Operation and Maintenance Cloud Platform in Kingdee(China)Software Co.,Ltd.As the interactive design intern of the company's User Experience Center(headquarters),the author is responsible for the interactive design content of the project and participated in the preliminary research and visual design.Kingdee Service Manage Platform is a platform for providing operation and maintenance services for EAS product line customers,providing customers with one-stop enterprise service solutions.The aim of Kingdee Service Manage Platform is to help users to master EAS running status information in real time,making EAS operation and maintenance easy and convenient.With the continuous upgrading of products and the continuous improvement of user requirements,the old version of the service cloud platform can no longer meet the users' need.Therefore,the project team was set up to optimize the webpage of Kingdee Service Manage Platform.The main content of the project includes four parts: pre-research and product analysis,interface prototyping,design evaluation and visual design.Through the methods of desktop research and data analysis,the design status of Kingdee EAS operation and maintenance cloud platform was analyzed,and the improvement points of the website were summarized.Subsequently,the target users of the website were studied through telephone interviews,and the needs of the target users were determined.The comprehensive research content produced the research report and determined the demand objectives of the project.The author's core work is to split and reorganize the existing website content,and carefully optimize the commonly used functional components.The main results include adjusting the information architecture of the website and integrating the website into six functional modules to make the website structure clearer.All pages are grouped into several types and a basic layout is created for different types of pages.A basic content layout has been established for each functional module,and the flow of form filling and list operations has been optimized.After the design is formed,it is checked and verified by the design review and usability test methods,and the revision of the Kingdee EAS operation and maintenance cloud platform is finally completed.The significance and results of this project are: Through the design means,the experience of the webpage of Kingdee EAS operation and maintenance cloud platform is improved and the design research foundation is established for the subsequent iteration of the product.The overall design content of the project provides an empirical reference for the interface design and similar projects of the ERP operation and maintenance management platform for enterprise users.
