Electronic operations system through the establishment of a unified user authentication management and organization management, realize the production task list across different departments, the system of official document and key project release, execution, tracking and feedback; Perfect online watch, network fault report and asking for examination and approval system; The design and implementation of this system effectively improve the function o f electronic operations platform integration, auxiliary perfected the management ways and means, improve the efficiency of the staff and the use of household, provide more convenient service for users at all levels.In this paper, we develop an electronic operation and maintenance system which is based on Radio and TV Operation Support Platform and make collaborative development with Email System, BOSS system, Call center system and Messaging system. Our system could ensure the company maintenance processin g is flow reliability, automatic and informationization by e-Business. In addition, we build a complete monitor view of network equipment maintenance operations, fault conditions and load bearing services. In the end, this system could achieve the unified management and intensive management of equipment, personnel, cost management for radio and television network operators.Our system is developed by B/S structure mode and coded by Java. The data service is R2 Oracle11 g. Our deployment model use cluster ser ver and build a multi-system collaboration-oriented programming interface model. We imply the load technology to support large amount of users, data and high concurrent requests. Using master-slave database replication technology to ensure the physical segmentation timeliness and safety data. We develop a duty algorithm which could ensure an automated workforce management efficient and rational implementation. In sum, our system has four significant advantages. In the first, effectively improve the integration of the electronic operation and maintenance platform capabilities. Secondly, improve the management methods and means. Thirdly, Improve staff and user efficiency. The last one, provide a more convenient service for all uses.
