Researching On The Quality Management Of The Insurance Business System Of D Company

The quality of the software project is "a kind of characteristic set, that it can meet all the identified needs of the project". The software project quality management is the management of all the functions and activities that must be carried out to determine and achieve the quality of the software project. The quality of software operation and maintenance project is mainly reflected in customer satisfaction, and the process of the quality management of software operation and maintenance project is also the process of improving satisfaction of the customers.With the continuous development of software industry, software system maintenance becomes very important. Software system maintenance is to ensure the system stability and maintainability during operation. The key issues, maintaining the core competitiveness, for the software companies among the competitors are to improve the software operation and maintenance service quality and to build efficient operation service system. There are many researches on the software project quality management at home and abroad, most of them studied the software development process, including requirements analysis phase, programming phase and software testing phase. While the study for software delivery after the maintenance project quality management research is relatively few.In this paper, the financial insurance business system operation project is selected as the prototype, according to the actual operation, quality management problems in the maintenance project are identified on the basis of investigation and research and practice. The main problems are in five aspects:quality management service process is not standardized; the service standard is not perfect; the customer relationship management is not in place; passive maintenance; there are lack of abilities of operation and maintenance personnel. The whole process of enterprise operation and maintenance of software project quality management improvement scheme is put forward to solve these problems by using the quality management and project management theory and method and making further analysis for the implementation of the results. Improvement scheme will make the maintenance work standardized and quantified, so that it improves the whole process of the project, the level of automation of operation and maintenance of the project, and then it improves the project quality, reduces the project cost, and improves customer satisfaction. This paper will help related companies to improve the market competition ability, and it also has a certain significance meaning for other maintenance project as using for reference.
