The paper introduces the research background and significance of performance evaluation system in detail. It sets forth the current domestic research and the present situation of the application. Then determines the content of this thesis and main work in the research. It analyzes the business problems, organizational functions, business personnel in detail. Then the existing business processes. Finally, the existing business process is optimized. In the functional analysis it analyzes the management system user roles and the corresponding functions firstly, and obtains management system of the total diagram and subroutine diagram by examples. It includes management assessment index, the work plan management, performance evaluation, assessment management, comprehensive evaluation management, basic data management and system management diagram. It analyzes all the functions by the thumbnail class diagram. The performance management system entity class diagram is put out and database table structure is established. In the last part of this paper it makes a summary about the research and analysis of performance management system.Meanwhile it makes some prospects of further research work. |
