Performance management emphasizes the coherence of overall and individual interests, the staff and managers, must make collaborative progress, make efforts together to achieve the final goal, the realization of each link must have the participation of managers and employees. It is convenient for managers to communicate with staff by performance management and make objective and reasonable assessment for the employee’s actual working content and effect, so that we can make different rewards and punishment fairly, and improve the efficiency of production and management. For industrial and commercial administration, performance evaluation is an important job evaluation system; it is assessed by the system of methods, principles, and testing behavior of subordinate units to perform its regulatory, law enforcement, service work and effects.
