Computer-aided System Based On The Evaluation Criteria Of The Safety Of The Dow Chemical Company Chemical Safety Assessment

The corporations must have good security circumstance if they want survival and development. The security work is an important constituent part of management. As for the security management of modern corporations, its important symbol is paying emphasis on preventive measures. That is, before the accidents occur, the diversified dangers are identified and controlled using scientific theory and engineering technology, and the security status of the system is evaluated for preventing the accidents' occurring. Then the possible lose is limited in the minimum degree.At present, the assessment of system's security status is mainly hrough manual method. The shortcomings are that the precision of the assessment data is low and the speed is slow and the operation is complex and so on. But they can be conquered by using the computer automated assessing system. Through it, the assessment data can be feedback timely and completely to the operator to analysis and study. In this work, the computer-aided assessment system in chemical security based on DOW standard is realized.Here the theory and the parameters and the assessment method of DOW are introduced. The design method and the realization of oriented object software assessment system are mainly introduced, the nodi of constructing assessment system are analyzed, and the improving ideas are also put forward. In the next part of expounding the design of software system, this paper first introduces the method of moulding software system using the Unified Moudling Language UML with some examples of user case chart, static configuration chart and activity chart. The main section of this part fully explains the method of Object-Orientation software development, which includes Object-Orientation Analysis(OOA),Object-Orientation Design(OOD),Object-Orientation Programming(OOP),Object-Orientation Test(OOT).
