Government Performance Management refers to the use of scientific methods,standards and procedures, as accurately as possible the evaluation of the performanceachievements and the actual work of government agencies to make on this basis toimprove and enhance government performance. For industrial and commercialadministration, performance evaluation is an important job evaluation system; it isassessed by the system of methods, principles, and testing behavior of subordinateunits to perform its regulatory, law enforcement, service work and effects. Objectiveassessment methods to assess the workers and their subordinate units, and check theresults of this assessment methods are mostly based on written materials, the methodin the early days of the commencement of the grass-roots work and implementationplayed a very good incentive, but as the social sciences technology, this method hasbeen unable to meet the business needs of the unit.
