Research On The Volunteer Service Of Comprehensive Archives In China

Volunteer service is the important symbol of development of social civilization degree.It a behavior that not for-profit and voluntarily contribute their time or energy to promote social development and public welfare.Volunteer service of Archives is the extension of volunteerism in the archives.Countries such as Britain and America's archives volunteer service after years of development.The management system has become increasingly mature,improving service form,growing audience group.Archives volunteer service as its outstanding characteristic of standardization and humanization.In recent years,influenced by environment volunteering service in China,the archives volunteer service activities activity increased.But compared with the countries such as Britain and America's,and libraries,museums,memorial halls,the development of the comprehensive archives of volunteer service also slightly backward,and have further room to improve.This was related with the characteristics of the archives volunteer service.It is the culture,confidentiality,professional and long-term features makes that the volunteer service of Archives in China cannot generalize from other types of volunteer service.At present,the volunteer service of Archives is still in its infancy.Its status quo is not widespread,participation main body is relatively single,and large regional differences.The author draw lessons from domestic and foreign advanced experience,combined with the status quo,that the following measures should be taken.Firstly,it is the idea of perfecting archives volunteer management system.Secondly,to further broaden the volunteer recruitment way and type.And thirdly,pay more attention to the humanistic care of archives volunteers.Through the study of this paper,the author hopes to provide a comprehensive reference for the timely introduction of volunteer service,providing a useful reference for the healthy development of China's voluntary service of Archives.
