| With the progress of era and development of society, more and more volunteers and voluntary organizations appear in all parts of the country, they offer free services to people who need help, send their love to the hearts of everyone, so that the whole society filled with a warm feeling. Then the management of volunteer service becomes more and more important. Relying solely on traditional ways to start volunteering has failed to meet the progress of the times, and from volunteer participating in volunteer projects to implement the volunteer project is a huge project, which needs to consume a lot of manpower and material resources, but also need enough time to carry out the project. Mongolia volunteer association of Bayinguoleng Autonomous Prefecture gradually aware of these issues, and began to use network technology, hope to be able to design and implement a comprehensive service system to manage the volunteer activities, improve the quality and efficiency of volunteer activities.Through analysing the specific circumstances of Mongolia volunteer activities from Bayinguoleng Autonomous Prefecture, reference to the technology used by volunteers integrated service system, the development of this system mainly uses the B/S architecture, Struts, Spring and Hibernate framework technology together. And we use MVC design pattern to devide the system into several levels. In the design of the page view, we use the traditional HTML, CSS technology, and popular JQuery technology together. This system uses Oracle10g as database. The security mechanism of Oracle10g database is very high, and the database can manage the operation of large amounts of data, which is very much in line with the needs of volunteers service system.Mongolia volunteer service system of Bayinguoleng Autonomous Prefecture has carried on the division to the user. The main users are volunteers, volunteer groups and the super administrator. System is mainly to achieve the voluntary organizations management, volunteers management, project management. Voluntary organization management module achieves the same level group management, the lower group management, group approval and organization management. Volunteer management module achieves the volunteer information management, member management and voluntary statistical information management. Project management achieves the same and the lower level project application, operation of the project and project inquiry service. The implementation of the project includes recruitment management, scheduling management, work time management, notification management business. In addition, the administrator can examine and approve the project registration and over.After the volunteer service system was put into operation in Bayinguoleng Mongolia Autonomous Prefecture, the local volunteer activities was managed more efficiently, the quality and the service efficiency of the volunteer service was improved. So that, the system gets local volunteers association’s recognized and Bayinguoleng Mongolia Autonomous Prefecture presents a new look in the volunteer service. |
