Research On The Countermeasures For Improving The Public Service Capacity Of Provincial Comprehensive Archives

As a true record of the work of the party and the state and the situation of the people,archives are an important basis for promoting the scientific development of various undertakings and safeguarding the fundamental interests of the party,the state and the people.Archives work is an indispensable basic work in the work of the party and the state.It is an important responsibility of all regions,departments and units to do archives work.After entering the 21 st century,the central government proposes to transform government functions,build a "service-oriented" government,pay attention to social management and public services,and incline financial and material resources to social management and public services.In 2018,the national comprehensive archives bureaus and archives at all levels will carry out institutional reform,and the comprehensive archives at all levels will give more prominence to the basic attributes and functions of public services.The construction of public service system and the improvement of archives service ability will become an important force to promote the development of archives.In this paper,using the new public service theory,public value theory and other public management related theories,using the research methods of investigation and interview,taking the archives of G Province as a case,this paper studies the countermeasures to improve the public service ability of provincial comprehensive archives.The main body of the paper is divided into six parts: The first part introduces the research background and the significance of the topic,reviews the related research at home and abroad,and introduces the research methods of the paper;The second part defines the related concepts and introduces the theories used;The third part summarizes the current situation of public service capacity of archives in G province;The fourth part analyzes the restrictive factors of the public service ability of archives in G province;The fifth part puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the public service ability of archives in G province;The last part summarizes the significance of this study and points out the shortcomings.
