| With the rapid development of computer technology and mobile communication networks in China,Micro-blog,as a new type of social networking platform and information exchange tool,has increasingly become an important way to obtain and disseminate information for people in today's society.Micro-blog is increasingly noticed and applied by more and more people for its features,such as simple distribution,rapid propagation,and easy access.At present,government departments and public service agencies are actively exploring how to better use micro-blog to conduct social management and provide public services,the archival department is no exception.The provincial comprehensive archives are the institutions that carry the most social services in all types of archival institutions,so the innovation and development of its public services are particularly important.As a provincial-level comprehensive archives of public cultural institutions,it should meet the archival culture needs of the people's archives as its own goal.The development of the micro-blog platform has brought the assault on the traditional information services of the provincial comprehensive archives.At the same time,it has brought more challenges and opportunities for the information services of the provincial comprehensive archives in the information society.The Provincial Comprehensive Archives used micro-blog to develop information services,innovated the traditional information service model of the provincial comprehensive archives,enriched the information service content of the provincial comprehensive archives,and expanded the information service scope of the provincial comprehensive archives,thereby promoting the comprehensive development of our country's provincial comprehensive archives services.This paper takes the micro-blog service of our country's provincial comprehensive archives in China as the research object,through the investigation and analysis of the micro-blog service platform and service content of the provincial comprehensive archives in China,summarizes the impact factors of micro-blog services of the provincial comprehensive archives.discovering the major challenges faced by the provincial comprehensive archives in the process of micro-blog services,so as to explore the specific strategies for advancing the development of micro-blog services of the provincial comprehensive archives in China.This paper will discuss the impact factors,challenges and development strategies of micro-blog services of the provincial comprehensive archives from six sections:The first part:The introduction part of the paper,which mainly introduces the research purpose,significance,methods and ideas of this paper.It also summarizes the research status of micro-blog services at the provincial comprehensive archives at domestic and foreign,and then writes thesis on this basis.The second part:It is the main part of this paper,we chose the provincial comprehensive archives micro-blog as the survey object,and investigated the relevant data of 10 provincial comprehensive archives micro-blog service platforms which have opened Sina Weibo.This part mainly includes statistics on the micro-blog service content of the 10 provincial comprehensive archives that have opened Sina Weibo.Provide comprehensive services to archives in China's provincial archives from five perspectives:popularize archives knowledge service,archives policies and regulations service,archives introduction services,archives information sharing services,archives publishing services,archives promotion services,and featured file recommendation services.The content was summed up and analyzed with the actual case of the relevant provincial comprehensive archives to make the survey data more accurate and informative.On this basis,it further analyzes the service features of the provincial-level comprehensive archives,including the fragmentation of service content,diversification of service forms,the initiative of service methods,and the popularity of service objects.Finally,it points out that the current application of micro-blog services in provincial comprehensive archives is three aspects:search service mode,push service mode,and consulting service mode.The third part:It is also the main part of this article.It mainly analyzes the impact factors of micro-blog services of the provincial comprehensive archives,from the provincial comprehensive archives micro-blog service dissemination power,service activity,service audience scope,service guidance force,service specialty levels of relevance,were used to investigate relevant data of 10 provincial comprehensive archives micro-blog service platforms that have been opened on Sina Weibo,mainly on the micro-blog names and micro-blog images of 10 provincial comprehensive archives,micro-blog background,micro-blog certification,micro-blog profile,micro-blog age,micro-blog followers and fans,micro-blog forwarding,micro-blog comments,micro-blog likes,micro-blog search,about archive information statistics on the total number of micro-blogs,etc,analyzing the impact factors of micro-blog services of the provincial comprehensive archives in China.The fourth part:Summarize the challenges faced by the provincial comprehensive archives micro-blog service in China.Through the investigation of the micro-blog service platform of the provincial comprehensive archives in China and the analysis of the service content,it is found that the current micro-blog services of the provincial comprehensive archives in China face the following challenges:Firstly,the own deficiency of the micro-blog service of the provincial comprehensive archives.It mainly includes low professional relevance of service content,limited audience of services,weak interactive services,and limited service resources.Secondly,the development limitations of micro-blog platform.And the
