Currently with the popularity of the Internet,e-learning has become increasely popular and internationalization.Amount of business banks invest large number of expense on staff training because of large number employees and geographical distribution each year,such as tuition fees,travel and other expenses.In that case,the network learning platform leading by SCORM(Sharable Content Object Reference Model)standard is developed and applied the most problem resulted in poor versatility is that there is no unified platform and learning resource specification in old networkand difficult to keep the unified of learning resources among different platform.The purpose on this investigation is achieving data exchange bycurrent international popular SCORM standard.,completing learning record data tracking.At the same time,according to the banks' specification,it could help on designing a platform software architecture or physical architecture,developing the main functions of the platform module,and creating management role with personnel characteristics.It could help on new training programs/curriculum introduction and new ideas for learning processby division of domain learning.To ensure high security and platform stability,advanced encryption technology,courseware upload detection technology and high security level server deploymentto are designed in.This investigation,make SCORM standard in bank possible,solving the problem of learning record tracking and feeding back,which could help on designing of the whole bank framework analyzing platform after the learning result,and improving the learning style gradually.At present,the system has been put into use and so far it can meet the expectation.
