| In recent years,due to the acceleration of the mobile Internet development,give people all aspects of the work and life has brought the huge change,the normal operation of the daily life of human,business and other activities gradually began to rely on all kinds of software products brought about by the convenience and efficiency,as the software product is becoming more and more indispensable in People’s Daily work life and began to breed a large number of user requirements,How to quickly meet the needs of users to occupy the market and bring profits to the enterprise has become the primary issue of enterprise development.The most important indicator to meet the needs of users is to understand the real needs of users timely and efficiently so as to deliver a valuable and usable software version to users.Paper studies the main purpose is to help the company S analyze its especially in the process of software project development problems in the process of demand management,targeted to fall to the ground improvement measures are put forward,to enhance the company S software development project delivery efficiency and delivery of quality,and we have the same problem can give company to provide the reference and reference.The main content of this paper is based on the research of agile development and Scrum,agile development theory,requirements engineering management theory and agile requirements management theory.In combination with the problem that S Company can not continuously and rapidly deliver the available software version to users and can not respond positively to the changes in users’ requirements by adopting the similar waterfall development method in the process of software R&D projects,And the problems in the process of demand management,such as frequent demand communication,unreasonable demand splitting,unreasonable demand prioritization and poor demand deliverability,are deeply analyzed and studied.Combined with the actual situation of S company,targeted improvement measures suitable for S company are put forward.In the process of research,literature research,user interview research,quantitative research based on questionnaire survey,qualitative research based on Better-worse coefficient calculation are mainly used.The focus of the literature research is to master the theoretical basis of the research by reading books,periodicals and magazines related to agile development and requirements management.The user interview research method obtains the existing problems in software project development and demand management through face-to-face and one-to-one interviews with some internal staff of S company,and provides a reference for the problems to be studied and solved in this paper.The quantitative research of the questionnaire and the qualitative research of the Better-worse coefficient are combined to analyze the user satisfaction priority of the required function.After more than one year of practice,the comparison results show that the software R&D efficiency of S company has been greatly improved after the improvement,and the number of bugs and the proportion of each type in the distribution of bugs in the R&D process have been significantly reduced.The communication efficiency and understanding ability of the development team members have been greatly improved.The developers are no longer obsessed with the technology and only care about their assigned tasks.They are willing to actively communicate,share and think in others’ shoes.The Kano model’s scientific prioritization approach ensures that the R&D team is always developing the most valuable requirements for users;In addition,a relatively stable iteration cycle is formed.At the same time,a complete set of demand management methods suitable for S company has been formed. |
