Documentary Research Of The CSPN's Failure Reason

China Sports Programming Network(CSPN)was founded in 2007 September,in a very successful start after the platform as Epiphyllum like falls the altar to fail.This is Chinese local sports channel the first large-scale joint attempt,is under the CCTV sports channel strong advantages in resources,China's local sports channel and emerging sports media "hezonglianheng" general survive.But CSPN failed in the end so fast.It is of great significance to analyze the reasons behind the failure of TV sports in China today.The article is divided into four parts.The first part introduces the concept and background of Chinese TV sports network platform(CSPN)in detail.The second part reviews the complete China sports TV network(CSPN)development process from emergence to failure,this chapter is divided into six sections,reviewed the 2007 September CPSN pilot success to Euro 2008 the perfect start to the specific process later by Sheng Zhuanshuai,looking for specific reasons for the failure of CSPN from development details.The third part is an important part of this paper,is divided into seven sections,the first six sections to analyze the causes of failure of CSPN from the management problems,management problems,problems,problems,strategy content channels and strategic issues,the seventh section about Chinese China Sports Programming Network and the American entertainment and sports news network(ESPN)were compared respectively from the program setting and post production,market development,network platform construction and the sponsor service four aspects of comparison,finally obtains the reason for ESPN's success.The fourth chapter is the analysis and demonstration based on the former three chapters,this chapter summarizes the CSPN reference and Enlightenment of failure to bring Chinese TV sports,this chapter is divided into two parts,respectively discusses the death of CSPN Chinese on local sports channel and China emerging sports the reference and Enlightenment of industry.I think CSPN is a brave attempt to change the local sports channels in China,although this ultimately failed,but it is the precious heritage left behind experience,China TV sports in 2008 after the "Olympic fever subsided gradually decline,brought the entire sports industry trough,the birth of CSPN in this special period and rapid failure,followed by a new era of new media in the transformation period of China TV sports,facing new opportunities and challenges,summarize the experience and lessons of failure of CPSN,has an important reference significance for the development of China's TV sports and sports industry.
