In recent years,our country's higher vocational colleges are faced more and more problems such as the decline of both the number and the quality of applying students and the graduates being uncompetitive in job hunting,due to the rapid development and the large expansion of higher vocational education.And the above phenomenon causes a low social acceptance for higher vocational colleges,which makes more employment difficulties for higher vocational students.How to improve the teaching quality and strengthen the school's competitiveness has become an important subject in higher vocational colleges.Providing some certain theory bases,building a scientific,systematic and effective teaching quality evaluation mechanism is of reality and will play an important role in the subject.This paper has chosen the research topic based on the study of newest universities's teaching quality evaluations,of both the domestic and the foreign.In the paper,first a requirement analysis is given to identified the involvement of the object of the teaching quality evaluation system,second a process of evaluation is given,third a internal database,forth the static models and the dynamic models of the system built by UML and finally the main function of system including basic data management,evaluation of teaching plan management,online evaluation of teaching management,and evaluation result management etc,is desgined according to the needs of practical university teaching task.The system adopts the B/S model of three layers architecture enterprise application framework,and the reflection technique and mechanism for dependency injection is applied to reduce the dependence between layer and layer,which realised the dynamic seamless integration between the implementation hierarchies.In the system interface design,different interfaces are designed according to different evaluators' operation authorities,that is a more flexible and convenient management of evaluation process is realized.Under a period of testing,the analysis of results data shows all the application functions performance well.The evaluation system has a convenient and intuitive program interface,a series of simple operations,a clear structure,is code-reusabile and easy-maintained.Realize the goal that using the existing campus network teaching evaluation to achieve scientific and rational evaluation of teachers' teaching quality.
