| Teaching are the central task of the university, and how to raise the teaching quality is the key to obtain the high education quality. The teaching quality evaluation is the core task, when the management level of colleges and universities is assessed.Firstly, this thesis studies the classroom teaching evaluation system of university teachers. The subjects in the course teaching assessment consist of students, teachers, and leaders (including the supervisor group). The contents of the evaluation, which filled by students and non-students, are classified by the Goal, Criteria and Alternatives. As the Criteria hierarchy and Alternatives hierarchy in the evaluation system are established, they are submitted to experts and teachers working in the same field in universities. Then experts and teachers grade according to the Saaty Scale.Secondly, the system model is built according to the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). The evaluation tables filled by students and non-students are converted into a comparison matrix, where the weight of every evaluation item is calculated, according to the AHP respectively. After the consistency of these weights is checked, the weight of every item in the Criteria hierarchy or Alternatives hierarchy of the evaluation system is worked out. Then the score of evaluated teachers is summed up according to the marking of every evaluating people respectively. In addition, the mathematic model with respect to the information of twice evaluations is analyzed. And the reevaluating mathematic model is established according to the dispersion, similarity, and average of the evaluation result.Lastly, the requirements analysis about the classroom teaching system of university teachers is carried out on the basis of the research, and the function of the software system is arranged. Then the software is designed, written and implemented by JAVA language based on browser/server structure. At last, the software testing is executed. Consequently, a general software system about the course teaching evaluation of university teachers is developed, which can set up the Goal, Criteria, Alternatives and the weight of every item. The system not only provides the university classroom teaching evaluation, to simplify the evaluation of university teaching work, reduce the statistical assessment of workload, and realize to reevaluate information, ensure the evaluation result more accurate, more scientific, it is the innovation of this paper. |
