Based On The SERVQUAL Model Of Teaching Quality Evaluation System Design And Implementation

The basic task of colleges and universities is personnel training, so it is their eternal subject to improve the teaching quality. Nowadays, the school size of colleges and universities is becoming larger and larger with the reform and development of higher education, but the teaching quality shows declining trend. To ensure and improve teaching quality, both ministry of education and ministry of finance start the Quality Project. Developing teaching evaluation is an efficient method to improve the quality of undergraduate education. It is important and necessary to establish a scientific teaching evaluation system.SERVQUAL model is widely used in service industry. The writer tries to use the SERVQUAL model in teaching evaluation. He plans to establish a teaching evaluation system according to the SERVQUAL model. In this article, the writer first introduces the service features of education, teaching evaluation, the SERVQUAL model and teaching evaluation system. Then he introduces the achievable target, the functional requirement, database model and system model of the teaching evaluation system in detail and the ways to succeed. Finally, the writer sums up and analyses the speciality and the foreground of the system.
