With the rapid development of society and the ever-changing softwaretechnology, the spoon-feeding teaching mode with the knowledge and ability inoriginal software engineering original teaching content could not suit the need ofthe enterprises any more. And from the beginning in2003, focused on the coreobjectives of cultivating software talents those meet the need of enterprises andsociety, software college of Nanchang University tried to reform the traditional software engineering curriculum system by re-integrating the teaching contentwhich fragmented and repeat taught in the past, aimed at conforminga useful teaching suite combined theory and practice.Using the mind of changing weight to get personalized characteristic index withthe help of Apriori algorithm and data mining, the personalized teaching qualityassessment based on the teaching suite lets students choose the courses and notperplex by the unsuitable courses any more. From this way, the learning ability andefficiency of the students will be improved, and meanwhile, students will take partin the personalized learning of software engineering with more initiative andenthusiasm.In the teaching quality evaluation, through the several times diversifiedevaluation made dynamically and randomly by the three subjects included student,teacher and supervisor, we can count any teacher’s course rate and improved at theright time using weight computed by the improved Dempster evidence synthesisformula and AHP.The assessment index system is with generality because it can be used in otherfields if the new personalized characteristic and teaching quality evaluation indexwill be redefined.
