According to The Means of Road Construction Check and Acceptance (Department of Transportation 2004 No.3) and The Standards of Road Construction Evaluation (JTG F80/1-2004), we can build a standard to evaluate. We also can satisfy the need of all kinds of users in every aspects and offer convenient and quick procedure, framework and contents for check and acceptance. In this way, we can promote the efficiency and process the data more scientifically, so that make the evaluation informationalize, stylize, standardize, and simplify. In order to fulfill the requirements of stability, safety and expansion, this system adopts SQL2000+Delphi7.0.The guiding idea of this system is trying to make all the users handle and maintain easily.This software belongs to application form, and is mainly used by relevant technicians, companies, such as, construction, supervise, owner, check. We develop this system by the form of stencil-plate, apply the activer into the system, and complete this series of evaluation system based on C/S structure. By using the basic function of Excel, this system can order, programme, and edit at the same time to filter, locate, and calculate. Combined with the actual condition, the system can solve problems appearing in the process of quality evaluation in an efficient and excellent way, while reduce the intensity of labor work. After applied in daily work, it gains a high prize and value of using.
