Research And Design Of Teaching Quality Evaluation System In Universities

Higher education is an important part of training talents,which shoulders the important task of training national builders and successors.The education management departments of provinces and cities in China attach great importance to higher education,and formulate corresponding development measures and reform programs to improve the teaching quality of colleges and universities.Therefore,the teaching quality of Colleges and universities is particularly important.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to establish a scientific,objective and effective teaching quality evaluation system for the construction and development of colleges and universities.In this paper,the theory of teaching quality evaluation at home and abroad is analyzed in detail,and the comprehensive weighting method and Delphi method used in the system development are analyzed in detail,and the weight of each evaluation factor is calculated by using the Delphi algorithm,so as to further design the model of teaching quality evaluation algorithm to evaluate the teaching quality.The teaching quality evaluation system is based on the teaching quality evaluation model ASP.NET Development language and SQL Server database development,using B / S three-tier architecture,developed system settings,basic information management,online evaluation management,evaluation results management and other functional modules.Finally,the unit test of the system is carried out,and the integration test of each module is carried out.After the overall development,design test cases for testing,and the system has passed all the test cases.The system can evaluate the teaching level of teachers,evaluate the overall teaching quality of the school,and test the effect of teaching reform.It can be used as an effective tool to evaluate the teaching quality of education management departments,university leaders and teachers.
