At present,with the continuous expansion of electrolytic aluminum production capacity,as well as more and more types of aluminum products,and aluminum production process and post-management must satisfy the need for quality inspection,testing,measurement,storage,sales and many other links,which makes management face a very large pressure.Therefore,effective and efficient use of advanced computer science and technology to manage aluminum products are gradually referred to the company's management agenda up.At present,due to the production of aluminum products from different departments,the work of check is very large,and making mistakes easily.Leadership query due to the lack of information support,production data and inventory out of the library data can be only through the manual report to view.On one hand,the possibility of manual reporting make errors easily,on the other hand,the liquidity of data is not good,the various departments can only see the leadership department of the data report.At the same time on the production and operation of enterprises put forward higher requirements,and enterprises must make comprehensive use of advanced manufacturing technology.In the support of network and information technology,enterprises must improve the current production and business model and organizational structure.In this paper,we were fully understood the current status of the company's aluminum production management and business processes,and researched the needs of the aluminum production process involved in the various aspects of the functional,as well as the formation of the system background and significance.Based on the requirements analysis,a three-layer B/S software architecture is designed,and a hybrid physical architecture based on hierarchical and modularization is designed.In the database design stage of the system,database modeling and database form design to complete the aluminum finished bar code management system database design.In the system research and demand on the basis of the completion of the system of technical types and functional modules division.In this paper,the realization of the aluminum bar code management system using the Java language as the system development language,and using the current popular Oracle database as a back-end database,.Besides,the system using open source software Tomcat as an application server and Http protocol as a system between different modules and interaction way with other subsystems.In this paper,the aluminum bar code management system is divided into five functional modules.At first the system uses the program flow chart,system timing diagram and class diagram,etc.on the laboratory management module,quality management module,measurement management module,storage management module,statistical analysis management module for a detailed design and implementation.After the aluminum bar code management system is completed,the function test and non-function test of the function modules of the system are carried out by the combination of integrated test,black box test and stress test,and the partial system when the loopholes were modified and improved.At the end of the paper,the design and implementation of aluminum bar code system are summarized and forecasted,and the functions and requirements of the system need to be extended.According to the bar code management system application of the basic process,to achieve the system of quality management,laboratory management,measurement management,warehousing management and comprehensive query and reporting functions.The bar code management system is applied to the management of the production,quality management,transportation and sales of aluminum products.It can not only meet the internal management of various departments,but also realize the requirements of bar code management and become an effective tool for management of various departments.Means,the system will greatly improve the quality and efficiency of the company's production management.
