The Integration Development Of Informatization System Of Designated Manufacturing Enterprise

The small and medium-sized machinery manufacturing enterprise’s production mode is complex and various in our country, the size of it is different, each enterprise’s management level is uneven, the basic conditions of enterprises to implement informatization are not identical, the problems needed to solve are not the same. Therefore, the informatization construction of enterprises must be from the actual business demands in order to determine the information content, schedule and scope. Enterprise informatization contains a lot of information technology and involves the various business scope of the enterprise. Currently, the informatization construction of many domestic small and medium-sized machinery manufacturing enterprises have entered the stage of rapid development and completed the construction of multiple subsystems, including CAD, CAPP, PDM, ERP etc. How to make these systems integrate effectively, optimize configuration, cooperate perfectly, collaborative work, give full play to the advantages of the enterprise informatization system have become the important problems that the enterprise has to face.The design is aimed at the business process of a small and medium-sized equipment manufacturing Co., Ltd in Dalian, the enterprise is discrete and order type. It currently has PDM management information system, production management information system and the procurement management information system. The design analyzes existing enterprise system’s system architecture, system design and database design, surveys enterprise’s the actual demands, and combines with the existing system’s the architecture, utilizes the secondary development to Excel and VBA language to develop the product data import and management system, uses SQL Server2008database and Microsoft Visual C#2010to develop automatically arrange production system which is suitable for workshop production. The paper makes expand and discuss in view of the above two parts, including six chapters, and describes the whole process from demand analysis to system testing in detail.
