Research And Application Of Quality Management System For Semiconductor Packaging Testing Based On MES

MES(Manufacturing Execution System)is the core production system of semiconductor packaging and testing enterprises,it has a large number of data sets in the packaging and testing process.However,it is difficult to manually analyze the processing of MES in the production of a large number of data processing,abstract data brought about by the quality characteristics of information,it is difficult to effectively and intuitively display.Leading to quality management system is not a good interactive and traceability,cannot achieve the desired control efficiency and practicality.This article analyzes the current status of the development of manufacturing enterprise quality management system.According to the practical business process of production process quality management in a semiconductor packaging test enterprise,the functional model,architecture and data integration technology of semiconductor packaging and test quality management system based on MES system are studied.Through detailed research and design the function model of the system of quality management system,to achieve the implementation of system,production system and equipment automation system integration test data from the program to computerized system management of incoming quality inspection,product quality statistics and analysis and quality traceability.The issue of the use of data integration and conversion technology and middleware technology of semiconductor packaging and testing quality management system model based on MES,and according to the model gradually related to the development of process design and system.At first,it was applied in HT Semiconductor Company,and the feasibility and practicability of the model were verified preliminarily.And cluster technology is used to form a server disaster tolerant environment to ensure the stable operation of the application system.
