With the rapid development of computer science and technology, and continued in-depth interdisciplinary integration, manufacturing computer aided technology is under a great change. More and more good computer concepts and technology is introduced to traditional manufacturing industries, directly or indirectly connected affect the configuration and optimization of enterprise resources, the quality of the products and the cost and the efficiency of production organization. As an important member of the computer aided software ecosystem, computer aided process design and management technique has developed nearly 50 years, and make enormous contribution to the process design automation and intelligent in manufacturing industry enterprise process department.This paper has cooperation with a pressure vessel manufacturing enterprise and provides a Web based solution to process management. Through the field research of the enterprise, found that the process department is still stuck in the traditional way of manual work. The process department has become the bottleneck of the enterprise to reduce the effectiveness of the proposed subject to the experience difference of the process engineers and the repeated labor in the daily work.In this paper, through in-depth analysis of enterprise process design, and understand to the basic needs of the user pain points, combined with computer aided process planning technology and the current popular web development technology, design and implement a manufacture process management system based on Web.Process management system uses Django as the web framework, Bootstrap as the front-end CSS rendering tool, MySQL as the database support, Nginx as the proxy server. In the application layer, through the actual business abstraction, the design includes the maintenance of technology preparation planning, maintenance of design BOM, procedure work hour formulation and the production of process card, welding process formulation, production of materiel detailed and decentralized etc.In the process of solving several key technical problems in the system, this paper puts forward several effective methods. Aiming at the problem of process route recommendation, this paper uses the TSP model of graph theory and solves the problem with a dynamic programming algorithm; Aiming at the problem of quality defect diagnosis in the system, this paper uses a variety of Chinese Natural Language Processing technology, and advanced Doc2Vec algorithm to achieve a CBR (Reasoning Case-Based) tool.After the completion of development, the system has been completed the deployment in the enterprise. So far, the system runs well and continues to serve all users in the process department.
