Research And Implemention Of Shanghai Volks Wagen's Manufacture Executive Extension System Based On Enterprise Application Integration

This dissertation is based on research of Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) theory and technology, which provided the solution for Shanghai Volks Wagen's MES extension system and implemented it using EAI technology. This dissertation disserated:Using Lightweight Directory Access Protocol to build MES user authentication and right management module, which can be used by other systems, fulfill user interface integration.Using Service Oriented Architecture and middleware technology to rebuild the Legacy Production System (LPS) business processes, the new process can be easily configured and added to the system, realized application interconnection with Factory Information System(FIS).Base on Volks Wagen's just in time Electric Data Interchange (EDI) standard, I made the Shanghai Volks Wagen's EDI standard, designed the parts call-off flow based on MES processes.Using federal database technology and replication technology, I built multi-level MES database platform, fulfilled different user's requirements, realized data layer integration.
