Research On Service-Oriented Integration Of Real Estate Management Information System

In the improving process of real estate management informationization, its business service increases unceasingly, which makes the new applications and the legacy systems form the information isolated island. It is difficult for the interconnection and the intercommunication of the information. This kind of condition has caused the massive rebuilding and the resources waste, which has seriously restricted the constructive effect and efficiency of real estate management informationization.In the face of diverse differences of business and integration requirement in different real estate subsystems, how to integrate these real estate subsystems organically and play their greatest efficiency which are designed by different software groups and use different technologies, solve different business problems is the challenge that integration faces. The traditional solutions to this question are all to integrate systems by building bridges among information isolated islands. However, the cost of this kind of integration is too high while the efficiency is too low, and the system framework can hardly be adjusted to the changing real estate business. With the deep research of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and fully developed XML and Web Service technology, Service-Oriented Integration (SOI) solution has become a newly developed solution with developmental adaptability.This paper mainly researches the application of SOI solution in the Real Estate Management Information System (REMIS). First, it introduces the frame component of REMIS and the function of its subsystems. Moreover, it analyzes the problem of this system and the integration difficulty based on the problem.Second, taking the survey system, property right system and archives management system in the REMIS for example, it illustrates how SOI solution is superior to traditional integration solutions by comparative analysis of parameter transmission integration among subsystems, module based integration and Web services based integration. And based on this, it puts forward the service-oriented REMIS integration solution to offset the disadvantaged made by traditional solutions.Finally, this paper makes and implements detailed design of REMIS integration. It begins with analysis on real estate business environment, and determines business granularity modeling service according to operation value recognition service. Hereby, it separates functional modules from real-estate legacy systems to encapsulate them with web services. Based on this, it builds abstract service layer on the business logic layers of real estate legacy systems, and analyzes all kinds of interactive modes of service layer and data access object mechanism to solve information exchange and data share of every subsystem in the process of system integration. Furthermore, it expatiates how to simplify SOI solution by using the foundation establishment, Enterprise Service Bus (ESB). The preliminary application of SOI solution in Lishui's REMIS has made some achievements.
