Over the past decade,the Chinese media in the rapidly changing digital communication environment with the rapid development of new media,are called as the "New Media Era".In the New Media Era,the phenomenon of traditional media turnover is frequent,and its characteristics,reasons,influence,reflection and so on become a subject worthy of study.This paper is entitled "Research and Countermeasure on the Turnover of Traditional Media Person in the New Media Era-Taking Shenzhen as an Example ".The paper adopts the method of questionnaire survey,in-depth interview and so on,so as to combine the quantitative method with qualitative research.The author analyzes the phenomenon of Shenzhen traditional media's turnover in the New Media Era,including the characteristics of turnover phenomenon,the characteristics of separation path,the analysis of turnover motivation and the reflection of separation effect."People-oriented",the author in the theoretical level in Shenzhen as a sample,Shenzhen traditional media to explore the reasons for leaving,put forward the "four factors","fourteen factors" theory,and explore the establishment of traditional media people motivation model.The study finds that traditional media people in Shenzhen have many reasons for leaving.The top four reasons for the greatest impact are:worrying,overcapacity,impact of new media,media and personal work value concept differences.The main reason for the turnover of the media in Shenzhen is "the lack of room for growth and the inability to achieve career planning",rather than the "reduction of personal income"."The impact of the new media under the impact of the deterioration of the traditional media environment,the outlook is bleak,excess capacity" and "traditional media to deepen reform,transformation 'thin'" these two objective factors will have a huge impact on traditional media people leave.The traditional media typical of the departure path in Shenzhen can be summarized as six lines: business,entrepreneurship,media,government,universities and other.Traditional media people leaving the phenomenon intensified the New Media Era under the new mode of communication changes and implementation,but also increased the practice of journalism,"worries."According to the analysis of departure motivation and departure from the perspective of departure,the paper have found the problem on the traditional media human resources in Shenzhen,from the "management mechanism","pay system","training system","cultural consensus(incentive mechanism)" four perspectives.Reflecting on the current Shenzhen media in the four aspects of human resources issues,the paper discusses and puts forward some transformation tactics of Shenzhen traditional media in human resource management system under the New Media Era.
