With the continuous development of economic globalization,the manufacturing industry is also showing a global trend.The various stages of the manufacturing process or the processing and manufacturing of various components of a product may be distributed in multiple regions of the world.The concept of "cloud manufacturing" Proposed in this context.The core content of "cloud manufacturing" is to realize cross-regional and cross-enterprise collaborative manufacturing,solve the problem of uneven distribution of industry resources and low resource utilization,and integrate the concept of "cloud computing" to provide collaborative manufacturing for manufacturing.The way to achieve.Co-manufacturing cloud platform is a specific way to realize "cloud manufacturing".Cloud platform integrates and virtualizes the resources of manufacturing industry.Enterprises with resource shortages obtain the required resources from the cloud platform according to actual needs,which fully solves the resource distribution in manufacturing Unevenness and low utilization rate.In order to improve the manufacturing efficiency and reduce manufacturing costs under this cross-enterprise and cross-region production model,this paper studies the resource scheduling problem in the cloud manufacturing environment and builds a collaborative manufacturing cloud scheduling platform.The main contents are as follows:(1)The cloud manufacturing resources are divided into six categories of equipment resources,logistics resources,material resources,human resources,knowledge resources and software resources according to their attribute characteristics.Based on the introduction of tuple method to complete the virtual description of manufacturing resources.(2)Considering the geographical problem of resources when constructing the mathematical model of cloud scheduling,logistics time and logistics cost are introduced into manufacturing time and manufacturing cost,and the total time,total cost and average service quality are selected as the optimization goals;for NSGA-?
