Hot-in-place reclamation and repaving machine train for asphalt pavements,is an international advanced asphalt pavement equipment,containing three heating machine,a milling machine and a mixing machine.In recent years,with the improvement of industrial automation and intelligent level,as well as the rapid development of the Internet,it has attracted more and more attention from people in the industry of highway maintenance that completely combining monitor,control and management by remote monitoring on the local thermal regeneration equipment.In this paper,a remote monitoring system of hot-in-place reclamation and repaving machine train for asphalt pavements based on GPRS/GPS is designed.The system has collected the control parameters of the equipment,GPS,etc,and then sent it to the server through the GPRS network.Authorized users can monitor the pavement equipment after logging on the WEB-based PC system.Meanwhile,the system has servial management functions,such as data query,report export,equipment management,user management and so on,in order to realizing information-based management.The main research contents of this article as follows:First of all,starting from the actual demand,the paper put forward the scheme through the overall analysis of the system.Then,the vehicle control system of the unit is analyzed and studied.The data of the onboard touch screen is read by Modbus using DCCE PLC and the GPS technology is studied.The GPS DTU is used to obtain the geographical location information of the unit,and then the longitude,latitude is extracted.Secondly,the ZigBee technology is studied,and the wireless communication network between the controllers is built.The GPRS wireless network technology is researched and the GPRS DTU is used to establish the remote communication between controlers and the server.Thirdly,through the requirement analysis of the upper monitor,the database model is introduced,and the WebGIS technology is researched.Then the real-time positioning function based on the Internet is developed,and the monitoring function and the service management function are developed by DView software.Finally,main hardware modules are tested,and the integration test of the system is completed,which includes the test of the vehicle-side control system and the test of the DView program.The test results show that the system can realize the expected functions.The remote monitoring system has been proved that it has good real-time,reliability and stability in practical application,and has achieved the goal of completely combining monitor,control and management on the hot-in-place reclamation and repaving machine train for asphalt pavements.
