Sewage pumping station is a link in urban sewage treatment,its function is mainly to increase the sewage water level and preprocess before delivering to the next station or sewage treatment plant.Traditional sewage pumping station control system mainly includes single chip microcomputer control and relay control,but they both have a lot of defects.The anti-interference ability of single chip microcomputer control system is poor,meanwhile,its system of data collection is instability.Relay control system,which running data and start-stop of the grilling and the pump are manual control,is not high of intelligent system level,thus,there is no guarantee that the running of pump station is reliable and timely.After investigation and survey to the system of the sewage pumping station,this article mainly research the design and implement of the sewage pumping station automatic control system which is based on AB-PLC.The main work results are as follows:1.Analyze the design requirements of the water pump control system,and then figure out the input and the output of the system,according to the requirements,make a selection of the relevant hardware equipment and distribution of I/O port.2.According to the analysis of the importance of water level control in sewage pumping station and nonlinearity and hysteresis quality of the sewage pump station flow,make a choice of the fuzzy controller to realize water level control of pump station.In this system,according to the operation of pump station in different periods and the corresponding technical parameters,the water level of the ultrasonic liquid level gauge measuring is calculated,and then calculate the membership degree value according to the deviation of the water level and the language variable of rate of change of the deviation,finally,make the result as the input of fuzzy controller.Based on the actual characteristics of control process,determine the fuzzy control rules,ultimately succeeding in realizing more pump machine automatic cycle operation according to the rule of priority control.3.Using RSView32 configuration software to achieve the site condition monitoring of the sewage pumping station,and then design the functions of alarm,record,real-time monitoring,etc.in order to combine on-site control and remote monitoring.4.Realize data communication of the central control room between the pumping station and sewage plant by the industrial Ethernet communication port,operators in the central control room can monitor the operation of the pumping station equipment and working status through the computer system.This makes the sewage treatment work more reasonable and efficient.After the implementation of verification,this system not only reduce the cost of human resources,but also reduce the human error,meanwhile,effectively improve the efficiency of the sewage pumping station management,the operational ability and the reliability of the system.All about this can make the sewage pumping station control system running safe,stable and easy to maintain.
