Research On Remote Monitoring And Control System Of Sewage Pumping Station Based On PLC Technology

Conventional sewage pumping station operation system based on microcontroller has such disadvantages as poor ability of interference-resistant, unstable data collection and error prone. It also requires the manage officers to debug on spot, which can not master the operation of the station timely and accurately. The system controlled by relay is less intelligentized and can not guarantee reliable operation. On the contrary, according to the property of the station and the requirement of the operation PLC is used in this paper to improve the efficiency of the management and performing ability and lower the cost of human resource and reduce man-made error, which make the whole system safe stable reliable and easy to maintain.This paper based on the sewage pumping station renovation of a certain Property Company in Daqing. The remote terminal adopting s7-200 PLC of SIEMENS and industrial PC as upper machine can master-slave monitor the network from one point to multi-point. Industrial PC is installed in the central control room . The lower machine PLC , installed the pump station, take order from the upper machine to collect local data serving as a node of the system and to control water height by installing intellegence machine arm. According to the data communication between each pumping station through com port of ethernet and module of wireless communication , man-free and automatic function is realized.
