| With the existent problems of discharging network system, an optimal controlstrategy for sewage pumping station (M2 Pumping Station, Shanghai) is put forward.The sewage pumping station has the characteristics of complex lag and nonlinear.An intelligent control-drainage algorithm based on energy and pollution minimizingis presented. Through analyzing circulation of pumping station, a series means ofenergy and pollution reducing are proposed, mainly at dropping lift, VVVF, optimalcombination of unit and so on. Among all of the methods, VVVF is researchedespecially.The control strategy based on fuzzy controller VVVF for M2 pumping station isintroduced. The design of fuzzy controller is presented in detail. Based on thecharacteristics of simple genetic algorithm, an improved genetic algorithm is putforward. The application of improved genetic algorithm in unit committing isintroduced particularly. With simulating calculation, this control strategy has beenproved to have good application and referenced. Energy and pollution minimizing canbe achieved with the satisfaction of flux restriction. Lastly, the project with geneticalgorithm control unit committing is proposed and the sewage pumping stationcontrolling project of fuzzy controller VVVF is proposed. |
