With the continuous growth of the highway construction and traffic,as traffic jams or congestion,improve to meet existing highway operation safety and efficiency,the growing demand for environmental technology,based on DSRC standard electronic toll collection system has attracted widespread attention and has gradually become a hot topic in the research and application of intelligent transportation field.But at present the products of different manufacturers of the reliability,safety and running quality still exist defects and shortcomings,affected by environmental factors such as temperature,device selection greatly,cannot guarantee the reliability of vehicle through the toll station communication fee.Due to the high cost of using automated testing,high technical requirements,field testing time and energy consumption,the current test for the ETC system is not enough.In order to improve product quality,enhance the level of service fees,reduce the failure rate,in addition to technical standards of products,also need to pass a test environment standard,manufacturers of products strict system interoperability and conformance testing,to verify compliance with national standards,industry standards and enterprise standards.After study the DSRC standard,This paper is based on the study of special national standard of short-range communication on the first ETC system test points were summarized,including DSRC communication equipment physical parameter testing,protocol parameter test and application test equipment and ETC system commissioning test,indoor test and outdoor test.Secondly,it analyzes the test target,the performance requirements,the main test content and the test flow of the ETC system test platform.On this basis,completed the design framework of ETC system test platform,put forward a ETC system test platform for ETC system test TTCN-3 test platform and test equipment simulator based on the two part of the overall structure of the ETC system,and test sets is given,on the test set of components,ports,timers and basic data packets are defined,write the test cases.Next,the test equipment simulator is developed,and the connection between the test software platform and the simulator is realized by network programming,which guarantees the normal transmission of test data.A ETC test equipment simulator design framework is proposed to adapt to the national standard DSRC protocol.The physical layer design of test equipment simulator is completed,including RF antenna module design,RF transceiver module design,MCU main control unit design,baseband circuit design,simulator power supply design.Designed the Ethernet interface and USB interface for the test equipment simulator,and completed the design and design of the protocol stack.To improve testing efficiency,reduce testing personnel training time,the test software platform of ETC system development in the development of test equipment simulator at the same time,can be used to test the parameter configuration,test selection and test log generation operation.Data encryption and decryption method of testing software platform of ETC system security is discussed in detail and careful analysis,the flow chart of safety electronic toll transactions are completed the test software platform of ETC system in the TTCN-3 test set conformance test.
