Research And Analysis On Health Management System Of Residents In Zhongshan City

Along with the improvement of living standards,people have a higher demand for medical services. Understanding personal physical condition, health Indicators, disease treatment in time has become a very pressing needs. How to establish a clear, scientific and normative, useful health record for each resident has become a problem, that needs urgent resolution. The existing problem of the residents’health records management is to ensure all kinds of informations in the records, related to the unity, integrity and accuracy. In this article, the health records management system of our research makes a design idea, aiming at those problems we face to. Research on the problem of residents’health records management informationization, which focus on strengthening scientific nature, effectiveness of system, can help residents to understand, manage and make use of their own health records simply and easily. Through the health records system, it’s also helpful for medical institutions to share related information and resources. Besides, it can improve the diagnosis and treatment level and work efficiency, and optimize medical service quality and working mode.From the residents’health records management system problems, organizational structure, existing business processes are analyzed, given after the transformation of business processes; in functional analysis by use case analysis and use case descriptions, a clear function of the system, package diagram shows the overall function and sub-function system package diagram, sub-function package diagram including personal health records management, family health records management, health examination records management, admissions and records management consultation, two-way referral records management, each child function also contains their different operations and constraints. Personal health records management function is mainly used for personal health records information management; family health records management is mainly used for family health records information management, healthy medical records management junction is used to archive information management; admissions and consultation for admissions and records management, basis-data management; consultation archives information management; two-way referral file archives for two-way referral information management, each containing a different operating functions together to complete the information on the health of residents of archives managementBased on the data analysis of the data systems needed to deal with the various functions carried out by analyzing the entity class diagram, the establishment of a database table structure; the system through research and analysis. Finally, research and analysis work done summarized, and further work is prospected.
