The Research And Development Of Old People's Health Management And Analysis System

Old people's health care is a long-lasting task about prevention of disease and health protection for old people, and serves the purpose of providing timely, all-round and effective health service for old people. Health management is the process for managing the health risk factors of individual or group,and aims at making individual or group be highly motivated and reaching the optimum effect of health by utilizing limited resources effectively. It is the urgent demand for the industry of old people's health care to build a health management system catering for old people by combining old people's health care and health management in virtue of the information technology. However, at present, the information-based old people's health care is still standing on a lower level, and many information applications just stay for the health information management and lack the concept of health management. With regard to health evaluation and health improvement, the research and realization of related applications are still countable, say nothing of an integrated health management system for old people.In the thesis, through studying the development situation of health management for mothers and infants at home and abroad and considering the healthy needs from mothers and infants, design and implement an all-sided health management system for mothers and infants. The system veers health information management, health evaluation and health improvement. The tasks involved in this thesis include the following aspects.(1) Based on the system's features about overall health management, analyze and design the system's function modules; define, design and implement the system's key business, health record, health assessment, to make sure the system's applied effect.(2) It confirms the store format of the medical data, carries on the detailed design to the database structure of the system, and realizes the storage of user's basic information and medical record. According to the international medical standard, it sets up medical information database offering the reference value of medical examination, medicines and disease.(3) After completing individual healthy collection of information,through the analysis computation of disease risk assessment model to obtain disease risk evaluation report. So the user can understand the dangerous of its chronic disease clearly. Through individual healty improvment planning for action and guide to use personal health instruction on different hazard factors.(4) It analyses various kinds of possibilities of reminding of preventive check-up, confirms the method of adding and showing the reminding events,realizes the reminder to user's preventive check-up. According to the principle of Windows message mechanism, it uses subdivision technology, realizes the communication between the implementation of system procedures.(5) It also provides a platform for users to query information about the conmen diseases of old people. The users could get useful information which they could apply to their everyday life by several ways the system provides.Currently, the functions of personal health management system based on scheme of this paper have been realized. The system has already come into operation, overall scheme is reasonable through running.
