The Study Of Regional Health Information Platform Based On Resident Health Records

With the development of Internet technology, more and more industry adopted the appropriate information system. In the medical industry, various medical institutions already use the appropriate medical information system, the use of these information systems make workflow simplified, and work efficiency improved. However, between the medical institutions, the exchange of information is not timely and data sharing is difficult, these problems bring a lot of inconvenience to resident in medical treatment, and social security applied. Therefore, to achieve a regional health information platform which can exchange and sharing data is necessary. The purpose of this paper is the design and implementation of regional health information platform based on resident health records.This article summarizes the development of regional health information platform at home and abroad, analyzes the problems in the development process of the present stage of regional health information platform, elaborates related technologies which are used in building the regional health information platform, then, analysis the function of the public health information system and regional cooperative medical service system which constitute the regional health information platform, analysis the overall technical architecture, network architecture and security policy of regional health information platform, On this basis, based on the Jave EE architecture, using JSP、Struts2、Eclipse Rcp technology achieve file management, health care and community HIS system function of public health information system and regional cooperative medical service system, at last, using role-based access control (RBAC) achieved rights management of regional health information platform.The development of this platform is now finished, and has been put on-line operation in Inner Mongolia.
