System adopts popular B/S structure mode, uses JAVA programming language, selects Oracle9as background database. On the basis of deeply requirement of the present urumqi residents’ health situation design and implement resident health management system. System function module is divided into resident information management module, the family members information management module, health archives management module, system management module and data dictionary maintenance modules. The dissertation expounds specific functions of every function module. On the basis of the thorough understanding of system complete full and accurate design of design goal, design principle, function module design, database design, security design and so on. Finally the display interface as the breakthrough point elaborates the concrete implementation process of the system and system testing process.The community resident health management system of dissertation was used a period of trial operation, according to the user’s feedback information, system has characteristic of easy to maintain and information transmission, convenient, quick and efficiency advantages. It better meets the actual needs of users.
