The rapid development of China’s economy and society has stimulated the people’s deep yearning for a better life.Governments at all levels have continuously issued policies.The construction of cultural,tourism and health care projects led by "health preservation" + "cultural tourism" has flourished,and the new industry of cultural,tourism and health care emerges as the times require,injecting new kinetic energy into the acceleration of high-quality economy and becoming an important measure for the implementation of the national strategy of "Healthy China".However,the current culture,tourism and health care industry is still in the early stage of development,the degree of industrial informatization is weak,and most of the rare informatization platforms stay at the stage of selling commodities,so the digital construction of the industry needs to be strengthened urgently.In this paper,the actual needs of health care enterprises are carefully analyzed,and a new generation of information platform for digital management of enterpris e business operations is designed and implemented.The platform uses the separation of front-end and back-end architecture,MVC development model.The front-end of the platform is built on Vue.js,which realizes multi-end deployment of PC website,applet and background management system;The back-end of the platform is developed using Beego and the data is s tored in a My SQL database.The main research work is as follows:In the back-end part,a general authentication middleware is designed and implemented.As a global routing guard,the middleware intercepts the user Token generated by the system with the public key before the request is accessed,and uses the private key to decode the user’s role and authority,and then judges whether the user has the authority to access the resource.The middleware extends the function of Beego framework,improves the development efficiency of back-end controller,and effectively enhances the security of system resource access.In the front-end interface part,aiming at the defect that the RBAC system based on the background management system permission tree has only page permi ssion and no button permission,the design of permission is improved,by fusing the role permissions on the backend permission tree,the button-level permission control on the front-end is realized,and the RBAC granularity is refined to optimize the syste m function control.This system design has ten types of users,customer,general manager,wellness service manager,live operations manager,health manager,product manager,order manager,park planner,public relations manager,finance manager,the functions designed and implemented are as follows:(1)provide customers with registration and login functions.Customers can manage personal information in the personal center,and can conduct online consumption and evaluation of health care products and health care services on the PC side and small program side;(2)provide user rights management functions for general ma nagers,can specify roles for users,configure permissions for roles;(3)provide early,middle and late personalized health care service paradigm and health care service coach team management functions for health care service managers,it is convenient for customers to choose the appropriate health care service activities and choose the health care coach service items;(4)to provide health care activities live streaming platform for the live broadcast operation manager,manage the live broadcast and live playback functions,facilitate on-line and off-line customers across time and space barriers to wellness and exercise;(5)provide health managers with customer-based physical health management and mental health assessment management functions,(6)provide product manager with product classification,classification parameters and product list management function,in order to develop the added value of enterprise-specific health care products,(7)provide order management module and instant messaging functio n for order manager,and real-time and fast receive customer order data by full-duplex communication;(8)to provide the function of activity management,cultural management and farm management for the park planners,to publicize the characteristics of the scenic spots and to develop corporate tourism;(9)to provide company management,article management and media management functions for the manager of public relations department to publicize the latest developments and maintain the corporate image;(10)provide financial manager with health care products sales statistics management,health care products regional sales management,health care products inventory management functions,provide data statistics for enterprise development decision-making.The work of this paper provides an online cultural tourism health care business solution for Jinan Qianmuqi Agricultural Ecological Park,provides an effective health care paradigm for customers,the system is friendly and easy to use,realizes the digital business transformation of the enterprise,standardizes the business operation management process,improves the operation benefit of the enterprise,and has good practical significance for the healthy development of the new business form of cultural tourism hea lth care.
