Design And Realization Of Comprehensive Educational Administration System In Higher Vocational Education

Educational administration is an important content of the work in higher vocational colleges. It is a necessary protection measure of the teaching implementation.With the development of network information technology, higher vocational education system reform and the expansion of the college scale , there is a request of more detailed and more comprehensive requirements for the teaching administration.Therefore, it is necessary to establish a standardized, scientific, automation, a high degree of data sharing of the educational management system.This paper analyzes the Xi’an Aeronautical Polytechnic College teaching job specific requirements, study the school educational administration management work in detail;analyzes the needs of the educational management system in functions, performance and business processes. Detailed design system structure, function module,the database structure based on SSH multilayer.Finally ,design and implement the login module, teacher authority,rights of students module and teaching evaluation of the system, solves the automatic arrangement of class schedule, inquiries and other problems.The system adopts B/S and C/S hybrid mode, not only meets the college teaching resource management system but also can realize remote data acquisition and query. It provides accurate, comprehensive information support for the leading scientific decision-making, reduce staff workload, and improve school administration efficiency and teaching quality.
