Based on the analysis of the working procedure of educational administration and integrated the target and principle of educational administration in Liaoning Agricultural College, we adopt the modeling method on J2EE platform and use C/S and B/S mixed mode to develop a tree-tiered architecture---the web server, the application server and the database server. The system administrator can access the system with c/s, the teachers and students can access the system with B/s. To ensure the stability, security and high speed of the system, we use Oracle10g as the database of background and use ASP.NEF and Java as the development language. After one year’s running, the system proves to be reliable and operable, which is approved by teachers and students. It has improved the efficiency of the laid a solid foundation for the further development of the college.
