In primary school, educational administration management refers to the Guidance Office and General Affairs Office. The main functions of the Guidance Office are teacher’s personnel management, student management, compulsory education, management of local curriculum (each semester of the course scheduling, scheduling class, substitute, etc.), and performance management. General Affairs office work is mainly responsible for the field of room management, facilities and equipment management, namely teaching resource allocation and rational utilization. The guidance department management work related to the core of the whole school work, general office management work for the whole school to provide protection.With the rapid development of the education of China, In the past 10 years, our school continues to expand. There are 35 classes in 6 grades,1600 students,80 teachers in our school. Our school will expand to 36 classes next semester. The number of students and teachers will increase accordingly. According to the development of nine year compulsory education trend, our school will be expanded from 6 grades to 9 grades probably. The class number, the number of students, the number of teachers will also continue to increase. Teaching buildings, special field rooms will be built and restructured continuously. The school campus will be expanded. The teaching facilities and equipment will be replace with the promotion of information technology,Because of these changes, school’s academic management work has also been changed completely. By 10 years ago, everything was done by hand. And now It is be done automatically because of information technology. The system what we are using is separate from each others, not perfect, not related as we need. There is no communication between departments. It causes duplicate efforts and mistakes, and teaching resources can not be used plenarily, Develop an educational administration computer system is a key job to Improve the efficiency of management, to make rational utilization of resources, to standardize the management in educational administration management. Our goal is to research and develop a system with a set of suitable for our school’s actual needs, witch make our work more effective.In the big picture, an educational administration computer system is a vrey useful tool for educational administration management. A complete educational administration computer system can make teaching resources in a long-term corporate planning. Using the advanced computer technology, It is easy to solve the problems of the information for teachers and students, the curriculum arrangement, the scores query and notification information to send. It can make the school educational administration management efficiency and paperless.It can simple the management work, shortening the working process, improves the work quality and work efficiency. It can promote the school information management, scientific and orderly and efficient.In this paper, from the view of our school’s educational management, It tells about how to make programming and creating a database for the system. First, you use MVC, then you use the B/S (Brower/Server) model, you use MySQL to create DataBase at last. According to the actual needs of the school design system of the overall structure and functional modules, and finally to achieve the main function of the entire educational management system.
