The Design And Implementation Of The Educational Administration Management System Of Universities Based On The J2EE

Considering the characteristics of education in high vocational colleges, the Educational Management System used in the local area network and internet was designed. The system is on the basis of analyzing education management demands of Shandong Vocational Institute of Clothing Technology. It depends on the concrete methods of educational administration.The system centers on the teaching program and students information.It organizes the internal activities efficiently.The system sets up an comprehensive educational administration which has its own characteristics,and includes foundation information management, instructional resources management, teaching project management, student performance management, system information management, examination organization and teaching material management. At last, it promotes the scientific,informationalized,reasonable,standardized development of educational administration.In the paper, we make overall plan and detailed design for the system function module and the database, and construct a database system with SQL Server as a platform. The system adopts B/S structure and is developed with J2EE framework and MVC pattern. Consequently, the educational system exploited by it is simple to operate and convenient for maintenance. It emancipates the educational administration personnel from extremely complex work they once had to do, improve the efficiency of their work, and also elevates the level of teaching management.The experiments testify that this system is secure, reliable and running steadily. It can satisfy the demands of vocational education management under the present situation, and should be widely used in other vocational colleges.
